· Worked on the Unified Fibre Planning project for top 6 markets across Canada for forecasting fibre build for long term planning.
· Wrote and published an engineering guideline for fibre planning across Rogers.
· Created and mapped out Ontario wide national overbuilds – budgeted and standardized.
· Listed node dependencies on overbuilds to give an importance ranking to planning for build initiation.
· Worked on National Ontario budget consolidation and presentation to give guidance to ICT team. Guided ICT team and OPE management with listed overbuilds and suggested implementation strategy.
· Joint Fibre planning and provides liaison to fiber users with Rogers Wireless and other 3rd parties for fiber allocation and IRUs.

· Prepare fibre cost estimates (FERs) and produce CAs, BOM and POs for fibre national or inter regional projects.
