WORK EXPERIENCE

 

Employment:

 

-Business Analyst – SintecMedia    (July 2016 – Dec 2017, June 2018 – Sept 2018)

 

•         Analyzed requested business requirements for clients, mainly Bell Media, in order to provide enhancements to SintecMedia’s television advertising sales system resulting in improvements in workflow and functionality in their proprietary advertisement software, increasing overall revenue for the company

•         Met with clients to confirm requirements and proposed solutions ensuring the project goals were met

•         Produced documents to detail the business needs and technical solution for system changes identified during analysis that allowed for client interactions with the program to become more detailed, streamlined, and robust, increasing revenue and usability for both SintecMedia and the clients

•         Managed client relationships during projects ensuring open communications continued and the project goals were maintained; completed a series of successful contracts and projects for SintecMedia as a result

 

Internship:

 

-Technical Writer – Z103.5 Radio                                                                        (2010)

•         Assisted in CRTC licensing research project

•         Performed administrative tasks around the radio station
