Kerr Wood Leidal (KWL) is a water engineering services firm operating throughout Western Canada. Due to the confidential nature of the work, general descriptions for key project work is set out below:
Provide general GIS support to KWL staff ranging from asset management database review, to Python script troubleshooting, to the drafting of technical workflow documents.
Conduct a watershed analysis to assist in the prioritization of dike repair and management as a contribution to a provincial orphan dike review.
Georeference rectified aerial images spanning five decades, digitize estuary change, and prepare an information product for analysis as part of a project contributing to an inlet morphology study.
Create a detailed and complex map product with supporting material to facilitate meaningful analysis, in order to assist a client in communicating the impact of independent power projects on First Nations communities throughout a province.
