Locating teaching positions can be pretty difficult, with the job climate the way it is most people are looking to keep their positions, schools are looking for ways to cut the budget, and there isn’t as much movement taking place. But there are alternative options available for teachers.
Online teaching opportunities are opening up all over and online education appears to be the wave of the future. It’s is a great opportunity for younger teachers to get a start. Older professors may not be interested in learning the new system and technologies used in online training, but it’s worth a shot for them as well.

Earth and Planetary Science Sessional Faculty Position

The Department of Physical Sciences at Grant MacEwan University invites applications for a sessional faculty position in Earth and Planetary Science that will commence July 1, 2011 and end June 30, 2012.
